Toyota Corolla ZZE121, ZZE122, ZZE123 and Toyota Avensis ACM20
Takata airbag inflator: As it gets older, a combination of heat and humidity can cause the airbag inflator propellant to degrade. If an affected vehicle is involved in a collision triggering the airbag, the metal inflator housing may explode/rupture under too much internal pressure. Toyota Corolla ZZE122: Some of these vehicles are fitted with an airbag system that could experience electrical shorting due to exposure to high inductive electrical noise in the electrical circuit, resulting in damage to the Airbag Sensor Assembly (ECU). This could cause airbag warning lights to illuminate and the front airbag(s) and/or seat belt pretensioner(s) to become deactivated, and/or cause those airbag(s) to deploy inadvertently. Certain MY2016-2018 Polaris Ranger 1000 Diesel vehicles may have an improperly routed parking brake cable. The parking brake cable could make contact with the electrical harness and cause premature wear.
Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited — Toyota Corolla ZZE122
The airbag system in the affected vehicles could experience electrical shorting due to exposure to high inductive electrical noise in the electrical circuit, resulting in damage to the Airbag Sensor Assembly (ECU). This could cause airbag warning lights to illuminate and the front airbag(s) and/or seat belt pretensioner(s) to become deactivated, and/or cause those airbag(s) to deploy inadvertently. Some vehicles in this recall may also contain a faulty Takata airbag inflator: As it gets older, a combination of heat and humidity can cause the airbag inflator propellant to degrade. Battery Charger and Accessories Supplied with Various SwimPro Cameras
The travel adapters supplied lack the prescribed length of insulation. The battery chargers supplied with the products were supplied with a two pin (Type A) American power connectors and a travel adapter to convert it to an Australian plug. Neither the charger nor the travel adapters comply with the Australian Standard AS NZS 4417 and AS/NZS 3112.
Water Expandable Polymer Balls (Water Beads)
If used as a sensory toy, the unexpanded balls may be swallowed. These balls may expand internally in the gut. Also, the expanded balls can be a choking hazard to children.
