Decorative garland that is attached to a pram/stroller to provide the child with something to grab onto or play with. Seven garlands sold.
Why it was recalled
Garland is not compliant with the mandatory standard 'Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 — Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age'. Small parts (beads) may be liberated from the product.
Hazard
If the small parts are loose, they may get lodged in an infant's throat, and pose a choking or suffocation hazard.
