The hinge of the upper spin swing pole connection to the top rail (frame) could fail, causing the spin swing to dislodge from the frame during use.
Due to poor quality fuel, or insufficient maintenance, the engine may misfire, causing the muffler to overheat. If the vehicle continues to be used when it is malfunctioning, it may melt the muffler heat shield.
