Why it was recalled
The hinge of the upper spin swing pole connection to the top rail (frame) could fail, causing the spin swing to dislodge from the frame during use.
Hazard
If the defect does occur while the Spin Swing is in use, it may dislodge from the frame at the hinge, which could result in a fall.
