Affected cups can be identified by a rectangular mark on the base of the cup. See the attached file for help locating the mark. Model BM-BCR-12-W/G
Why it was recalled
In some cups the bottom may detach.
Hazard
If the bottom of the cup detaches while containing hot liquid, the user may be burnt or scalded.
