It has been found that some vehicles with a vehicle jack that does not comply with the mandatory standard for vehicle jacks AS/NZS 2693:2007, due to incorrect labeling.

Front Brake Pads used on Toyota Hilux & Toyota Hiace
Recent testing has detected the presence of chrysotile asbestos (white asbestos) in these front brake pads. The importation of asbestos or goods containing asbestos into Australia is prohibited under the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 (Customs Prohibited Import Regulations).

The recall is due to microbial (Listeria monocytogenes) contamination

The fuel filter may fail due to becoming excessively brittle.
Sainteve SY-A1045/ Sainteve SY-A1083 Inflatable Armbands
The product does not comply with the labeling requirements of Consumer Protection Notice No. 2 of 2009 - Consumer Product Safety Standard: Flotation Toys and Aquatic Toys because the wording of the warning is incorrect and the size of the warning is 2-2.5mm in height rather than the required minimum of 6mm.

The control cord may fatigue and cause an internal short circuit or overheat.

The presence of alkaloids (a biotoxin) exceeds the limit set by the Food Standards Code.
Amplifiers
A manufacturing defect has resulted in the through holes on the Power Circuit Board becoming compromised and “open” over time due to a lack of proper thickness in the copper insulation in the walls of the through holes.
