Why it was recalled
The product does not comply with the labeling requirements of Consumer Protection Notice No. 2 of 2009 - Consumer Product Safety Standard: Flotation Toys and Aquatic Toys because the wording of the warning is incorrect and the size of the warning is 2-2.5mm in height rather than the required minimum of 6mm.
Hazard
If consumers are unable to easily read the warning labels they may be unaware of the potential drowning hazard.
