When the cot based is used in the upper position the distance between the top of the recommended mattress and the top of the cot is not the required minimum distance, the height of the mattress is detailed incorrectly on its label and the edges exceed the required specification, some edges are not rounded enough.

A premature wheel bearing failure occurred where Liplex Plus EP 2 was the grease used in the wheel hub assembly. Caltex is investigating the wheel bearing failure to ascertain its cause.

The product does not comply with the performance or labelling requirements of the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Trolley Jacks) Safety Standard 2017'. When tested, the product collapsed using only 1800 kg, and there was insufficient hazard warning labelling on the product.

The recall is due to potential microbial ( Salmonella enteritidis ) contamination.
