Why it was recalled
The product does not comply with the performance or labelling requirements of the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Trolley Jacks) Safety Standard 2017'. When tested, the product collapsed using only 1800 kg, and there was insufficient hazard warning labelling on the product.
Hazard
The jack can be used incorrectly or can also collapse during correct use, causing serious injury or death.
