Dummies and soothersDoes not comply with the Australian mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017' as the warning label, instructions for use including dummy hygienic care, and manufacturer or distribution contact information were not included on product packaging.
Gym and fitness equipmentThe snap hook's material can be too weak to support the weight of the user.
Gas products and appliancesUnder certain circumstances the heaters may produce too much carbon monoxide.
Car parts and accessoriesThe product does not comply with the requirements of mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Portable Ramps for Vehicles) Safety Standard 2017'. The ramp may deform significantly when overloaded.
Prams and strollersThe adaptors can become detached if incorrectly affixed to the stroller, or the RumbleSeat is bumped or kicked with force by a sibling sitting in the stroller seat.
General product safetySome vehicles may have received an affected Takata driver side airbag due to a steering wheel conversion during the life of the vehicle. Airbag inflator: As it gets older, a combination of high temperatures and humidity can cause the airbag inflator propellant to degrade. If an affected vehicle is involved in a collision triggering the airbag, the metal inflator housing may explode/rupture under too much internal pressure.
Office furniture and equipmentWhen an optional accessory '300 sheet feeding unit / PF – 410' is installed to the printer and then detached and reinstalled there is a possibility of breakage or deformation between the main unit and paper feeding unit electrical connector.
Novelty toysIf used as a sensory toy, the unexpanded balls may be swallowed and create a gastrointestinal blockage as they expand in the gut.
