General product safetyThe product is being recalled as it contains an undeclared allergen (peanuts). This recall applies only to the above recalled product with the Use By date of 12 JUN 2018. No other products are affected by this recall.
Swimming pools and spas (permanent)The products do not comply with Australian Standard AS1926.1 2012 Safety Barriers for Swimming Pools section 2.4.2.1 (b). If the gate is open, turning the key in the striker component of the gate latch may cause the gate to remain locked in the open position.
Dummies and soothersThe product failed the requirements of the ban on baby dummy chains with unsafe decorations, 'Consumer Protection Notice No. 34 of 2011'. Small parts are able to be detached.
Learning and activity toysThe product does not comply with the mandatory standard 'Consumer Protection Notice No 14 of 2003 Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age'. The small ring on the bottom of the accessory does not comply with size and shape requirements of the mandatory standard.
Hazardous materialsIf the torch is dropped on a hard surface the button cell batteries may be released.
General product safetyPotential microbial contamination ( Listeria monocytogenes ).
Gas products and appliancesThe gas control valve pressure test point nut may not be correctly tightened.
