Dummy chain made of silver fabric cord, threaded with coloured silicone beads, with dummy clip attachment at one end, and a bib/clothing attachment clamp at the other end.
Why it was recalled
The product failed the requirements of the ban on baby dummy chains with unsafe decorations, 'Consumer Protection Notice No. 34 of 2011'. Small parts are able to be detached.
Hazard
If small parts detach during use, this poses a potential choking hazard for young children.
