Stuffed and plush toysThe seams are not strong enough to prevent infants from gaining access to the polyester fill, as the toy does not meet the requirements of clause 5.24.6.2 Tension test for seams in soft-filled (stuffed) toys of the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
Caravan, motorhome and camper accessoriesThe mounting plate for the electric bed may not be secured to the wall correctly.
Kitchenware and containersIf sufficient force is applied, the pop-top may become detached from the drink bottle.
Gym and fitness equipmentIn some circumstances, the bags have been found to contain foreign material such as small pieces of metal.
Utility task vehicles (UTVs)The fuel filter (installed between the fuel tank and fuel pump) on the Kawasaki engine in the utility vehicle may not have been manufactured within required specifications and may leak fuel.

Kitchenware and containersAn aluminium threaded insert is glued into the neck of the stainless body of the bottle. In one reported instance, it appears that the alloy insert has been subject to corrosion, rendering it brittle and causing a piece of the alloy insert to fall into the bottle.
General product safetySome rear wheel rims of the scooters are too thin around the centre splined section. This may affect scooters sold from August 2011 to August 2012.
Learning and activity toysThe product may produce small parts when dropped and does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
