Specified Models of Bosch-Branded Dishwashers (manufactured between 2000 and 2006 inclusively)
Some affected model dishwashers may potentially develop cracks in the printed circuit board within their control module.
Hornet Fixed Shade Welding Helmet
There are parts of the lens that do not darken when constant light is applied. These areas are located in the top corners of the lens.

Platinum Excalibur Children's Life Vest (X-SM and SM)
The stitching of the grab strap attached to the back of the collar of the life vest may be inadaquate (batch 1201 only). The grab strap was added as an additional feature of the vest and it is not required for flotation.
