A small number of gas/vapour chemical cartridges (Moldex 7100A and 7600A) exhibit gas/vapour "breakthrough" after shorter duration than the standard, meaning that gases will not be filtered for as long as required by the safety standard AS/NZS 1716:2012.

SharkVac and TigerSharkQC Pool Cleaner

Due to a manufacturing fault, the power supply does not have a required seal around its base and is therefore non-compliant with water igress rating requirements for prescribed swimming pool and spa equipment.
