Why it was recalled
A small number of gas/vapour chemical cartridges (Moldex 7100A and 7600A) exhibit gas/vapour "breakthrough" after shorter duration than the standard, meaning that gases will not be filtered for as long as required by the safety standard AS/NZS 1716:2012.
Hazard
If the defect occurs, the consumer may be exposed to hazardous chemicals.
