Why it was recalled
The rails at the short ends of the cot may dislodge when the bed base is positioned to the lowest setting or following movement or impact.
Hazard
There is a risk of injury or death if the short end rail/s dislodge/s and a child is trapped between the rail and the base of the cot or if they fall out of the cot.
