Why it was recalled
Overloading the front of the watercraft could cause the watercraft to nosedive and potentially capsize. Water retained in the hull will increase the likelihood of capsizing.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from drowning if the watercraft capsizes. Deaths and serious injuries have occurred.
