Why it was recalled
There is a possibility that the engine oil cooler hoses may separate from the banjo clamp joints due to insufficient clamping strength and as a result, engine oil could leak. There is also a possibility that the fuel tank cap gasket could become pinched and torn when the tank cap is installed on the filler neck. As a result, fuel and fuel vapour may leak.
Hazard
The leaks could result in an engine fire and a risk of serious injury to the driver and surroundings in the event of an accident.
