Why it was recalled
The supplied USB cable for the LED Flashlight may overheat and catch fire. It is unsuitable for use in chargers with currents exceeding 1Amp (including fast chargers or high powered chargers).
Hazard
There is a risk of serious burn injuries or death if the cable overheats and catches fire while charging.
