Why it was recalled
The ball joint may separate from the front suspension arm as its bolts and nuts may not be securely tightened resulting in a loss of vehicle control.
Hazard
Risk of death or serious injury from collision if there is loss of vehicle control. Incidents have occurred in the US and Australia.
