A wall cabinet for charging 10 x iPads. The recall relates to the charging components within the charging station. These are 2 x LVSUN LS 10U Sun USB hubs installed in the top of the cabinet. Identifying features description Item number is : PCL 7121 Potentially faulty LV SUN USB hubs have batch code prefixes beginning with 14L, 15B or 15C, manufactured prior to April 2015.
Why it was recalled
Faulty cable routing has the potential for mains voltage leakage to the output.
Hazard
Users may get an electrical shock when inserting USB cables into USB sockets.
