The Wall Adapter is an AC/DC wall adapter with a USB port, which included a Green Smoke logo and was marketed for charging Green Smoke brand e-vapor products. The Wall Adapter was sold as part of certain Green Smoke e-vapor kits, and was also sold as a stand-alone item. Identifying features description Model JD-050-050 Product also includes the "Green Smoke" logo.
Why it was recalled
The plastic housing of the wall adapters may crack or break which could also cause the unit's prongs to detach or the unit's wiring to become exposed.
