Why it was recalled
The Australian accessory kit features a 2 pin European plug that is not compatible with Australian outlet configuration. In addition, the charger does not have a certificate of conformity.
Hazard
If an adaptor is used with the product, to fit Australian outlets, there may the possibility of an electric shock hazard.
