Why it was recalled
The product labelling is not in accordance with the Consumer Protection Notice No. 2 of 2009 'Consumer Product Safety Standard for Flotation Toys and Aquatic Toys'. The products are missing the following warning: WARNING. AQUATIC TOY. USE ONLY UNDER SUPERVISION.
Hazard
If children are not supervised while using the products, there is an increased risk of drowning.
