Why it was recalled
The charger does not meet Australian electrical safety requirements as the plug pins are uninsulated and it does not have the required Australian Regulatory Compliance Mark.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock from uninsulated plug pins. Risk of property damage if the product catches fire. Incidents have occurred.
