The product does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for Portable Swimming Pools. Portable swimming pools and their retail packaging must display a permanent warning message. In this instance the product did not feature the warning message and safety sign on the product.
Hazard
When using the product consumers may not have been made aware of the drowning hazard associated with Portable Swimming Pools.
