Screening service
RecallMatch AU compares catalogue information with official Australian product-recall notices and surfaces possible matches for review. It is an independent screening aid and is not affiliated with the ACCC, Product Safety Australia or Shopify.
Your responsibility
Matching can produce false positives or miss relevant notices. You must verify important decisions against the official notice and obtain professional advice where appropriate. RecallMatch does not certify product safety or provide legal advice.
Founding plan
The first catalogue report is free. Reserving the founding rate does not create a charge. If you activate ongoing monitoring, Stripe displays the recurring AUD $49 monthly price, any applicable tax and the final total before payment. Checkout activates a private catalogue-setup link and ongoing email monitoring. You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing period through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting RecallMatch.
Acceptable use
You must have authority to submit catalogue data and must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use report results to misrepresent official recall information.
Availability and liability
The pilot may change or be interrupted while it is improved. To the extent permitted by law, RecallMatch is not responsible for decisions made solely from automated screening, lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
