Combined goggle lens cleaner and anti-fog solution. This recall has been updated. Extra batches have been added to the recall.
Why it was recalled
The product contains acetaldehyde and possibly propionaldehyde, which will cause irritation to the eyes if not washed from the lenses properly.
Hazard
May cause temporary discomfort and short term eye damage.
