Why it was recalled
The product may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The blocks can break apart and expose sharp points and small parts if dropped or during use.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from choking and asphyxiation if a child places small parts inside their mouth. There is also a risk of serious injury from laceration from sharp points. Incidents have occurred.
