Why it was recalled
The products do not comply with the requirements of the mandatory standard 'Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 — Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to an including 36 months of age'. The alphabet puzzle letters f, i, j, l, r ,s and the number puzzle symbol for minus (-) are small parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months of age.
Hazard
The products may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death.
