Why it was recalled
In some products, the outer part of the hubcap can move slowly over time, resulting in the outer part of the hubcap rubbing on and cutting into the valve stem.
Hazard
If the valve stems are cut, there could be a loss of air in the tyre tube, resulting in a flat tyre.
