The split pin that holds the ball stud in place has not been provided. The cap can come loose, allowing the ball stud to separate.

Home electrical appliances

The dehumidifer may overheat and short circuit.

Tools and machinery

The nailer’s firmware may allow a nail to discharge through use of the trigger alone and not via the usual 2 step actuation process.

The chair legs may break during use due to a manufacturing defect.
