The product does not comply with the mandatory standard for bean bags . The product does not have the correct warning label. The product was supplied with a paperclip which can facilitate movement of the child-resistant fastener (zipper) used to insert or remove the polystyrene bean filling.

The product does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The squeaker may detach from the duck and create a small part that can be swallowed.

The products were sold without the warning information that is required for products containing button/coin batteries.
