Gumnut Candle Holder
The assembled wooden candle holder may catch fire. The product is covered by the permanent ban on combustible candle holders, as set out in Consumer Protection Notice No.12 of 2011 Permanent ban on combustible candle holders. This ban covers objects that are designed to hold or decorate a candle and which ignite and continue to flame for at least 5 seconds when subjected to flame or heat emanating from a candle.

Takata airbag inflator: As it gets older, a combination of heat and humidity can cause the airbag inflator propellant to degrade. If an affected vehicle is involved in a collision triggering the airbag, the metal inflator housing may explode/rupture under too much internal pressure.
