Mums The One One Step hCG Urine Pregnancy Test
TGA testing of Mums The One one step hCG urine pregnancy tests from the affected batch found that these tests do not meet a claim made in the product documentation. Specifically, these tests failed to detect hCG at concentrations of 10 mIU/mL, 25 mIU/mL and 50 mIU/mL levels.
Pig, Dolphin and Dog Plush Toys
The toys may liberate small parts and do not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).

The recall is due to the presence of foreign matter (metal fragments).

The presence of sweat may result in a burn to the skin between the wrist and the unit due to a firmware issue.

The cot may not meet the requirements of the Australian Safety Standard AS/NZS 2172:2003 as the mattress base could be installed incorrectly and the distance between mattress base and outer frame could be less than 30mm.

SHEN NENG CHING FEI YI HOU PIEN (AUSTL 57184)
SHEN NENG CHING FEI YI HOU PIEN (AUSTL 57184) was found by TGA Laboratories to be contaminated with Paracetamol. The content of paracetamol was estimated by LC/MS to be 9 mcg/g (9 ppm). This is below the SUSMP threshold limit of 10 ppm (10 mg/kg) for scheduling of paracetamol. However, paracetamol is not declared in the ARTG entry for AUSTL 57184 and is not approved for use in listed medicines.
