The toys may liberate polyester fill during use as they do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
During normal use, such as when washing the glasses, the inner wall of the glass may shatter.
The sunglasses are labelled as Category 2 sunglasses but were incorrectly installed with category 4 lenses. Also the transmitance difference between corresponding points in each lens is greater than permitted by the mandatory Australian safety standard for sunglasses & fashion spectacles.
