A manufacturing defect causes failure of the cable's USB connection.
The product does not comply with the mandatory Australian Standard AS/NZS 2172:2003 Cots for household use—safety requirements. There are two defects identified with the product: 1. Space between the vertical bars is between 40.8mm and 49.9mm, which is less than the 50mm requirement. 2. Space between the horizontal bars is greater than the 95mm requirement.
Manufacturing processes may have caused a condition that can result in cracking of the pump rotor and or vane.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Notice No.4 2006. In particular, the packaging is not marked with the following statement: WARNING DO NOT TIE SOOTHER AROUND BABY'S NECK AS IT PRESENTS A STRANGULATION DANGER.
