Bicycles and scooters (push)Braking capacity may be reduced as a result of air introduction into the hydraulic circuit. The cause of the defect lies with two separate elements, which can combine and result in the introduction of air to the hydraulic circuit. 1) The secondary seal in combination with low temperatures (below -8°C) exhibits poor self restoring force properties. 2) Used brake pads can cause a vacuum in the hydraulic system and this may lead to the introduction of air into the hydraulic circuit.
Prams and strollersAn infant's finger may become caught in the stroller hinge while the stroller is being folded or unfolded, causing serious injury including possible fingertip amputation.
Indoor furniture and furnishingsThe bunk bed does not comply with the Australian mandatory safety standard for bunk beds, AS/NZS 4220:1994. The standard requires that the vertical distance between the top of the guard rail and the label indicating the maximum height of the mattress must be at least 160mm.

General product safetyDue to a production fault on the upper part of the throttle grip housing, the throttle cable wire may slide out of the deflection roller and become wedged between the deflection roller and the housing. This blocks the throttle slide and results in an uncontrollable riding situation.
