Why it was recalled
The fabric of the swing can wrap around the neck which may lead to strangulation and entrapment.
Hazard
If a child’s head or body becomes entrapped in the Yoga Swing, it increases the risk of serious injury or death. A near fatal incident has occurred where a child became entrapped in the swing.
