Why it was recalled
The rattles, soft toys and musical fun set products do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The Ducky Sip 'n Learn Cup may liberate small parts if small pieces of silicone separate from the product.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from choking if a young child put small or dislodged parts into their mouth.
