The model or series is identified on the bicycle frame. The serial number is located under the bottom bracket of the bicycle. Not all bicycles with these model numbers and serial numbers are affected.
Why it was recalled
The front brake attachment bolt may detach, causing the brake to fail.
Hazard
The front brake can fail. Loss of braking performance in the worst case scenario may lead to loss of control and an accident.
