Why it was recalled
When the product is used, it may inflate and heat rapidly. The product can become very hot and burst open.
Hazard
Risk of serious burn injuries and irritation to the skin or eyes if the product overheats or bursts while in use. Incidents of the warmer overheating and bursting have occurred.
