Why it was recalled
The product may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The button clip cover may become detached from the product during use, creating small parts.
Hazard
Risk of serious injury or death from choking if small parts detach from the bottle and a child places them in their mouth.
