Why it was recalled
The child resistant cap on the product may not close properly as the cap thread and bottle neck thread may not align correctly, preventing the cap from tightening.
Hazard
If the cap does not tighten, children may gain access to the product and the product may leak. The product may be harmful and cause illness if swallowed or inhaled. If swallowed, vomiting should not be induced. The product can also cause mild skin irritation and serious eye irritation.
