Why it was recalled
If the Rack is not tightened correctly, it may become loose and fall off.
Hazard
If the Rack falls into the path of the bicycle or contacts the front wheel while the bicycle is being ridden, it may result in the rider losing control and pose an increased accident or injury risk.
