A fuel additive used to clean a Subaru vehicle’s fuel tank and maintain the vehicle’s performance. Grey 250ml bottle with blue cap. Affected batches are 36989 , 36990 and 36991 .
Why it was recalled
The cap on affected bottles may not be tensioned correctly and not seal correctly. Affected bottles may leak fuel additive if not stored upright
Hazard
There is a risk of injury if leaked fuel additive comes into contact with skin or eyes or if vapour is inhaled. The fuel additive can cause irritation to skin, eyes and airways. It can also cause drowsiness or dizziness if inhaled. Injuries have occurred following skin exposure to this product.
