Why it was recalled
The outer and inner zip on the bean bag may not have a child-resistant slide fastener.
Hazard
In contravention of the mandatory safety standard for bean bags, the bag may not be fitted with a child-resistant slide fastener and may therefore allow access to the polystyrene beans, which pose a potential choking hazard to young children.
