Why it was recalled
The products have features of strollers, but are unsafe for use as strollers as they do not come with parking brakes, tether straps or suitable warnings.
Hazard
When used as strollers to transport children, the products may cause injury to a child if the product rolls in an uncontrolled manner or if a child falls out of the product.
