These units bear a production code in the range of 0314A to 4614A inclusive. Affected models can be identified by reference to the model number and production code marked on the vacuum cleaner unit.
Why it was recalled
A faulty cord assembly that may result in premature cord failure has been reported in some HV300NZ units near the strain relief.
